RETURNS
If you've made a purchase from us and need to return the product due to a manufacturing fault on our part, we will happily look at a replacement or try to rectify the problem at our end.
ADMINISTRATION
An administration fee of 30% will be deducted from purchase amount to cover transaction fees accured by Te kore jade if a refund is agreed upon.
