At Te Kore Jade we cover all your rebinding needs. We can reuse toggles or provide a pounamu one as required. If your wanting adjustable wax binding, we can do that for you. Our bindings are individually plaited use high quality wax thread making them waterproof and strong. We also provide a lifetime warranty on your bindings.
CUSTOM MADE CARVINGS
At Te Kore Jade we specialize in creating one-of-a-kind pounamu pieces, for groups or individuals, big and small, also using other medium like Paua shell and beeswax, we can do it all. Our process relies heavily on your intentions and your specific needs for us to be able to incorporate suitable contemporary and traditional designs to better cater for you.
TAONGA REPAIRS
At the Te kore jade we can assist and advise on if your Taonga can be salvaged after an accident and yes they happen. It's your own personal decision on what you feel is right for you and your intentions, especially if your taonga holds significant sentimental value.
REPURPOSING
At the Te kore jade we take great pride in repurposing old and new taonga to your detailed needs. Broken bangles to bracelets, broken toki to earrings or simply reshaping. Our reworking service that can give a new lease on life to piece otherwise unfinished.
